Problems with my titanium card - pls help

Exclamation Problems with my titanium card - pls help

I am new to all this stuff and im trying to program my titanium card, the programs i have tried to use are infinity usb and titanium progger, they are saying either:
the card os is not supported
or
the software wont recognise the cpu on the card
any help would be greatly appreciated.

My System: Sky HD, TM6800HD, Manhattan Plaza ST550 and TM1500 CI+. 1.0m dish and 36v motor, Panasonic DVD HDD recorder and Panasonic video/DVD recorder. Sony G800 HD TV stand/surround system + Sony KDL40W2000. Infinity USB, Elvis, CAS1, CAS2.
