Question XCam

I have a X-Cam with version 1.04 installed, when editing the keys I noticed that in Viaccess 1 each set of keys have an ID, such as 007COO, what does this mean? and if I want to key in Key with the remote for say V**at Ti**et which has the ID 010C10 can I still add this key, even though I can't find the corresponding ID?

If I can't how do I change the ID to enable me to add the keys?

Hope this makes sense.

Regards All

hi jessjosh. i donīt think you change the (id) as this is the provider. make sure that wherever you get the keys from has them in hex and dec text file as i found it easier to do on an mr. you use the dec when using a remote. rob43
