zeus programmer help

ok this is my last ditch effort to program a funcard 6 with a zeus that i have had for a while, if no joy i will get a adtek multi , just had a bit of time to kill and dusted it off

have posted before elsewhere but not many people seem to have the zeus

trying to use cardwriter 2.08

keeps asking me to change to amtel mode 4

comes up with sync errors also

can anyone point me in the right direction to a good idiots guide or indeed offer any advice at all

green led working
red led lights up and goes when trying to read

any advice on how to write

cheers

My System: Pace Sky HD, DM7000s, CubeRevo 3000HDPVR, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Televes H45 Digital Spectrum analyser.

Have a look at www.duwgati.com, there are some tutorials on the different card writing packages.

Make sure that you are using a 12v to 18v UNstabilised power supply.

As for instructions they can be found here:http://pictronix.8bit.co.uk/info/zeus.htm
