what's 6in1??

what's 6in1??

hello everybody,
I'm new in this forum,and also in satellite programming.
That's way i want to know: +what's means 6in1 funcard,how to program them,and if it's the same that a goldcard or others..

The old 6 in 1 file was for a fun card, and when codes where much smaller then they are now you could fit 6 files on one fun card. But these files where mostly for First generation encryptions ( Seca 1,, Via 1,, Irdeto 1 ...and so on.) As you might know most of these have now moved to S2, Via2 and IR2, and now it has come to the stage where the chip on the fun card is too small, and files are now so big, you need more powerful cards like the Tit card, Knot card, and MII card.
