HU Loader to ISO Loader

Does any one know how to switch my HU Loader to become a ISO Loader.

My System: 1 DVBS card 1 30cm Dish with KU LNB 1 18inch Dish with DSS LNB

As far as I know it's just changing xtal 1.
Not sure of the frequency of the change.
