Question programming funcard6 help

hi,

i have a elvis usb multiprogrammer 3.6 using software 1.8. i can auto detect the card and verify it but i cant erase it. when i try to erase it it gives me an error message. when i try to program wihout erasing, it loads eeprom loader successfully but when it comes to writing external eeprom it fails and give me an error message.
i used 3 different flash and eeprom files so i dont think thats the problem - any help programming my first funcard6 would be greatly appreciated

thanks in advance for your help.
