Cool silver hlp

hi,
please any one can help me how to programe a silver card ? and how can i programet with pic bin editor ?

My System: Sky+, DB 7000s, CubeRevo 3000HDPVR, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Televes H45 Spectrum analyser.

You need to find the DS9 files, then program it with your normal software.
