FunProg

Hi all, have just seen an ad for a programmer called 'FunProg'.
It only cost £19.99 and says its 'a stand alone unit for programming funcards'.
Anyone heard of it?
Is it any good?
Ease of use?
I have fully patched reciever and Irdeto cam.
I was told I need 6 in 1 funcard, will this do it?
Cheers

Hi,

I gave seen FunProg working. It works well. The price you mention is high. Here you can get better deals:

Please keep in mind that it works via the LPT port. For programing you can use FunProm, for editing PicBin Edit. On the same link above you will find fun cards which you can program with FunProg. 6 in 1 files work well.

My System: Pace Sky HD, DM7000s, CubeRevo 3000HDPVR, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Televes H45 Digital Spectrum analyser.

Have a look at www.duwgati.com (if you haven't already) there is a bit of information on both the programmer and the software, it may give you a hint as to why it isn't working. It may not work perhaps with certain versions of Windows.
