Help with finding multivision

Hello,

I'm new to this website. I'm not quite sure what I can and can't ask about. I want to know if anyone can tell me why I can't recieve Multivision with my magic cam and funcard anymore. does anyone know what I need now? Do I need some new cam? I thought the magic cam covered channels in Viaccess 2. Am I wrong? Any help greatly appreciated.

You may find that you will have to change the MM to MR. I think that Mr1170 is the latest version and is OK for Multi. Go back to the main page and down to the MATRIX section and you should find everything you need.

Thank you so much for your reply. Can you tell me one thing more; how do I change my magic module to an MR? Please imagine you are talking to a small child, I'm not that technically minded. Do you know exactly what I need?
