Hi Malcolm, I was thinking that I would use the card when the new season starts in August. That way I will get the most of it..The card looks authentic enough. I just hope ART don't do anything to block the card...

LOL, I'm torn between doing what you're doing and hoping it works, or just being a tight git and waiting to see if those channels open up anyway!

I think I kinda know the answer already though...

Ive heard there are to be some changes to the sports line up for Art on Hotbird, in particular the UK football.

You may get a few months out of it though

The V2 system is going through a few intrusions this month though

There is a very fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness"

Art Sports were supposed to be coming off the Hotties wasnt it. What happened to that plan, or maybe they will just be exiled to Nilesat before next season.

Yes, logically you'd have to say that the Nilesat move is a real possibility.

I think the big boys applied pressure over the availability of cards for the Hotbird service resulting in a supposed new border-enforcing registration procedure.

Apparently it doesn't apply to the 'old-stock' of auto-activation cards though, which is why I'm surprised they're so cheap ATM.
