I BOUGHT ISO 1,2,3 PROGRAMMER WITH HEXFILE&KEYS HOW CAN I WORK WITH IT AT FIRST PLEASE HELP ME STEP BY STEP

Have you tried browsing & searching the board? There's loads of info here. See the FAQ section for example, but also cards & programmers.
Please also turn your CAPS lock off.
