hi can anyone help i have just bought a smartmouse /phoenix programmer to try and update my titanium 2 card,but cant get any software to read the card, or any other card, i have tried most of the most popular programs but no success so far i get messages like no atr and unsupported os format maybe my programmer is faulty can any one help thanks billyellis5

hi i have read a lot of them im thinking maybe the programmer in not working right but akward to get to the bottom of it

is there any way to test a programmer i have tried sim cards and even they dont read
