Question problems with infinity usb programmer

I am trying to load the Joker Cam firmware by programming first FUN 4/5 cards with the proper hex files.
No problem with the ext eeprom file which is in the following format:
:, Address(8 Bytes),Data(32 Bytes),Cheksum(2 Bytes),CR,LF
:, Address(8 Bytes),Datd(32 Bytes).............................
Dose not programm OK Camloader.hex file that has the following format:
:, Address(8 Bytes),Data(64 Bytes),Cheksum(2 Bytes),CR,LF
:, Address(8 Bytes),Datd(64 Bytes).............................
Any sugesstion?

i am newbi just bought infinity usb phoenix programmer and am keen to learn.
