Unhappy Yet another Newbee need your help

Can anyboady tell me how to programe a fun 4 card using a Digitech programer.This is my very first try at anything like this,So I'll need to know almost anything and everything. I have a Manhatten 5500 with Seca embedded cams and a matrix cam,.please feel free to e.mail me if theres to much info to put here.Thanks for your help. )
