Cheapest place to buy a programmer in UK?

Anyone know any good links to any cheap online shops in UK for programmers, or any links which proven schematics... i dont mind building them!

There are a lot of suppliers who advertise in
what Satellite magazine. A phone call might also
establish the quality of customer service too.
I paid 50 ukp for a digitech which seems good value.
You may have to download your software separately though.
