newbie query

i have been looking at the different programmers and need some advice to clear my confusion. if using a usb prog, does it only programme a funcard once? i get the impression that to reuse the card if the files change i would need to buy something like an elvis that has an editor facility, or is it just the case that the usb ones reprogramme the cards over and over. rob43

Something like the Infinity USB, will do pretty much everything that the Elvis can do and probably quicker in most cases. So just as good for editing.
