infinity usb pheonix will not program titanium cards - it is a fact

No it isn't, the Infinity USB Phoenix works fine with Titanium cards. What makes you say this?

My System: Window XP 4 x Receiver, 2.4M x1 0.6M x8, 0.9M x1, 1.2M x1

I have use the Infinity USB Phoenix for the Titanium Card, it work fine. no problem. just remember to put the pgogger in phoenix mode. (you need to load the phoenix usb program first and set back to phoenix mode).
