Peço desde ja desculpa pela minha ignorancia nesta area.
Tenho um receptor com nagra 2 ja ha algum tempo, porém estava interessado em saber de que forma posso fazer um update para o nagra 3.

é impossível actualizar os receptores de nagra 2 para nagra 3. Neste momento descodificar nagra 3 é tão provável como o ser humano poder habitar livremente no planeta Marte.
