Exclamation problème de mémoire pace2500n

bonjour à tous , je suis nouveaux et j'ai un problème avec mon pace 2500N
Je n'arrive plus avoir de mémoire pour "ID PROVIDER" sur sky 28°est.Je recherche une solution !!!!J'ai beau faire un backup au démarrage , il fait la mise à jour et l'id provider est toujours "0000" ? avez vous une solution?merçi
