PC HDD IDE to SATA Copy

As a precautionary measure, I would like to make an image copy of the contents of my present IDE HDD to a SATA HDD drive and then use the SATA as the primary drive since my MB supports this.
Then remove the IDE one as it is getting old.
My O/S is Windows XP Pro.
Which software can do this without any problem?

Thanks geoffrey.
I downloaded acronis few months ago but then I got cold feet.
It has the advantage of 15 days evaluation (I think) while Symmantic Ghost didn't have an evaluation version then. Will check over the weekend.
I hope that there will be more replies from members who have done this successfully with other softwares.

My System: Mostly gathering dust cos there's no room for dishes here... :(

Just use Notron Ghost, it works perfectly well when transferring from IDE to SATA and vice versa, it's only windowsXP that moans when you change drives, but usually it's just Windows having to re-install the HDD driver and then reboot...

Thanks 2cvbloke. There is a 30 days evaluation for Ghost 12.0
In the download instructions it says:

To receive the full Norton Ghost 12.0 product via download (which includes the Symantec Recovery Disk needed for a full system restore), you will have to download the Norton Ghost 12.0 file (approximately 65 MB) and the .ISO file (approximately 200 MB*) and burn the .ISO file onto a CD to create the Symantec Recovery Disk.

How do I download the .ISO file?
I didn't see any such option.
Thanks.

Norton Ghost HDD Copy

Looks like this evaluation s/w doesn't include the
Tools > Copy My Hard Drive

Ok. I will be damned if I cough the $70 that they ask for the purchase.
It costs more than the HDD.
They didn't have the decency to outline the limitations of this evaluation.
Wasted more than two hours on this.
Hope that I am mistaken.

I don't know to be honest, but to create a "Ghost disk" you just need the main program which can put it together for you...
