Windows Web Host Recommendation

My present Windows web host support is terrible.
Every few days I get a new problem and their support start asking me those stupid questions until I am about to explode.
In the end, the solution is just what I have suggested in my very first support ticket request.
I need Windows because I use Frontpage 2003, so no point in recommending Linux based web hosting.
Checked our forum web hosting and they don't have Windows at present, but might have early next year.
I might go crazy and have my own web hosting server, but obviously it is too expensive.
Thanks for any suggestions, preferably from the USA as they have a large size disk 5GB for just few dollars/month.
But most important, I need an excellent support team who really know what they are doing.

We us rackspace, they provide 1st class support, best I've ever come accross.
I think they have windows solutions.

I'm not sure about pricing (The boss pays for it ), but they have a lot of different packages, there should be one to suite you.

Thanks compufunk. They look really excellent.
But they don't seem to have a shared web hosting and no prices are shown which can only mean a lot of money.
