hello i m a newbie

my receiver is viaccess built in and is patched to seca1,nagra1,viaccess,irdeto1 ... i wanted to unlock taquilla and kiosque

can some one please tell me how do i go about doing that... would i need to just buy a cam or a card or patch...it

those channels are no longer available, at present, so it might be wiser to wait a little longer for the next breakthrough.
