I'm not being smart, but I thought it already had, most channels are already encrypted in N3 as far as I can tell.

Hi Analoguesat,
Are you sure that this is regarding Cyfra+ and NOT Cyfrowy Polsat?
This thread is under the Cyfra+ section and can cause confusion.
The Cyfra+ has Mediaguard encryption and I can hardly see subscribers rushing to buy a new Nagra CAM or replace their receivers.
