3TS and Cisco join forces

3TS Capital Partners and Cisco have launched a new investment fund. Known as SICAR, it will primarily target growth capital investments in technology, media and communication companies in CEE. It will also become the third fund operated by 3TS and bring the total amount under its management to over €200 million. 3TS’s previous investments have included the Polish local cable operation STK and France Telecom-backed Slovak mobile company Orange Slovensko.
