Comstar-UTS has announced plans to develop telecom services in the Podolsky part of Moscow region. They will include providing its residents with cable TV, IPTV, broadband Internet access and telephony. As of Q3 2007 the company had 3.6 million residential subscribers in the Russian capital, of whom 452,600 received broadband services.
