UK set-top box specialists Pace Micro, in the process of engineering a reverse take-over of Dutch rival Royal Philips Electronics, says the process is nearing its end-game. The past three months (since Dec 19) has seen Pace Micro in a period of financial limbo as the various financial and legal obligations for the purchase have been followed. Pace says that the Prospectus for the proposed moves will be posted to shareholders in the next day or so in order to seek formal approval for its plans, and to then relist the business shortly thereafter. Pace’s accounts for last year were submitted to the FSA on March 27, along with notification that its AGM will be held on April 23. Source: Rapid TV News
