A resolution to the long-running legal dispute between Rapture and Ofcom is due today. Niche music channel Rapture TV will hear today (Monday March 31) whether it has been successful in its legal action against Ofcom (and BSkyB). The Competition Commission is due to hand down its verdict at 1pm London time. The spat has been running since 2003, and the final element was heard in Court during December. David Henry, Rapture’s CEO, speaking to Rapid TV News last week said he was confident of a successful outcome for Rapture. However, if he does win it will be a real David vs Goliath success.
