GlobeCast is currently on site at the French Open Tennis in Paris, providing NBC Sports with live transmission of its HD coverage of thie tournament. This 80th edition of Roland Garros is the first time that NBC Sports has delivered this prestigious event in high definition. GlobeCast has dedicated an HD SNG truck to NBC Sports to deliver live HD feeds for the weekend matches. GlobeCast’s end to end solution includes SNG services, international satellite capacity, downlink and handoff to NBC in New York.
