The News Corp-backed station LNT maintained its position as the leading broadcaster in Latvia last month. According to data produced by TNS Latvia, it claimed an audience share of 18.2%, a full four percentage points ahead of second placed TV3 (14.2%), with the public broadcaster’s first channel LTV1 in third place (10.6%). LNT’s sister channel TV5 Riga claimed 3.7% and TV3’s 3+ 5%. Meanwhile in Estonia, data published by TNS Emor shows MTG’s TV3 to have been in top spot in June with an audience share of 18.3%, just ahead of Kanal 2 with 18.2%.
