The Polish public broadcaster TVP is to restructure its interactive TV operation. Speaking to Broadband TV News, Marcin Bochenek, a member of TVP’s board, said that its two portals – tvp.pl and the interactive iTVP.pl – would be merged this September. TVP has one of the most technologically advanced interactive TV operations of any public broadcaster in Europe, offering viewers around 7,000 programmes and claiming one million hits a month.
