German travel channel Voyages has ceased transmissions due to the insolvency of its operating company Felixx Medien GmbH. The broadcasting slot on Astra (19.2° East) in APS Astra Platform Service’s digital package on the frequency 12.149 GHz H (SR 27,500, FEC 3/4) will be taken over by German home-shopping service Channel 21, which is currently available within RTL’s bouquet on 12.188 GHz H (SR 27,500, FEC 3/4). Voyages presented travel destinations for which viewers could book holidays. The Hannover-based channel went on air in October 2006, taking over from travel channel TV Travel Shop. | ||
