The paperwork complete and Premiere AG, a brand name present in the German market since February 28, 1991, has been officially consigned to history. The new company name Sky Deutschland AG was today registered with the Commercial Register in Munich. Shareholders had approved the change at their meeting on July 9, 2009, with 99.8% of the share capital present. Shares in Sky Deutschland AG will be quoted and traded under the Securities Identification Number (WKN) SKYD00 and the International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) DE000SKYD000.
