Iceland adopts new Conax CA

In possibly one of the quickest ever examples of customer acceptance, Conax announced the launch of its CAS7 conditional access technology, following it up a few moments later with the news that it had been adopted by Icelandic Broadcasting Corporation for its DTT system. New features include the ability to use a mobile phone to order digital TV content and the extension of the broadcast security level to the personal video recorder.
