The National Health Service (NHS) in the UK has launched NHS Direct Interactive, a government-backed health advice service, on the Sky Active platform. The new service offers health tips, a health encyclopaedia and guidance on using the NHS with over 3,000 pages of free health information included. The UK’s Department of Health intends to invest £5m per year for the next three years in the NHS Direct Interactive service. | ||
