Pay less to call Sky

Every Sky subscriber calls Sky's customer department at least once during their subscription, now there's a more affordable telephone number to call.

Money Saving Tip

Instead of calling the 0870 240 4040 number for customer services, just call 01506 484 040 for the same department. This is a cheaper call to make and in some cases free, depending on which telephone service you have.

As part of the telephone package, some customers may have free calls to national numbers, you should be aware that the 0870 240 4040 number is a non-geographical number therefore is not free number to call.

Other useful alternative telephone numbers:
sky digital technical: 01383 814 219
sky digital switchboard
(ask to be put through to customer services): 0207 705 3000

These telephone numbers are provided by saynoto0870.com

This has been discussed on another forum.

---------------------------------------------
I recently tried the saynoto0870 number for Sky (01506 484040) and got the robot. After choosing the appropriate option and 15 or so minutes on hold, the line went dead. Tried again and exactly the same result. Then I called the 08702 404040 number and got a person after 20 minutes on hold.
-----------------------------------------------

just to let you know, that the numbers for sky will not get yu anywhere, they are the reception numbers, you will be asked to phone back on the 0870 numbers. the receptionist at both the dunfermline and livingston call centres have been told to tell any customer coming through on that number to call the correct number.
----------------------------------

I haven't tried it myself.
