Sky have announced that actor Edward Moss will depict Michael Jackson in its reconstructions of The Michael Jackson Trial. Moss, a native of Los Angeles, has been performing as Michael Jackson since 1996.
Moss has performed all over the globe appearing as the pop singer on stage, television and in films. He has appeared on "MadTV", "Politically Incorrect," "The Steve Harvey Show" and "Nip/Tuck." His film credits include "Scary Movie 3" and "Don't Be Scared."
Using re-enactments taken from portions of court transcripts, the series will highlight the previous day's testimony and happenings in the courtroom.
The programmes will air exclusively in the UK on
Sky News and
Sky One every weekday.
Sky News will broadcast the trial reconstruction from 9.30am Tuesday to Saturday with repeats throughout the day. On
Sky One, the programme will air every Tuesday to Saturday at 1:30pm. There will also be a weekend omnibus which will be shown from Saturday nights onwards on
Sky News and Sunday at 1:30pm on
Sky One.
