Football club coloured Sky boxes out soon:

New football style Sky+ set-top boxes are to launch next month, the broadcaster has announced.

Designer and football fan Wayne Hemingway has produced a series of Sky+ boxes in celebrating the top-scoring Premiership clubs of all time: Manchester United, Arsenal, Liverpool and Chelsea.

Meanwhile, four leading fashion and interior designers have also come up with their Sky+ designs: accessories designer Lulu Guinness; luxury wallpaper designer Cole & Son; fabric and wallpaper specialists Osborne & Little; and wallpaper and paint experts Farrow & Ball.

The limited edition football and designer Sky+ boxes go on sale in John Lewis stores nationwide from early November 2005.

My System: 2xPace 430N, 1xNokia MM9800, 1xNokia 80cm Sat Dish, 1xGibertini 120cm, Big Fat Furry Puss

Well, they look cool in the pic, I guess they'll look just as cool in the flesh when you take it out of the box. It would look great as an item on the coffee table, but ....

... my STB is in a stack under the telly.

Clip on designer front panels maybe - 'designer' all over seems a bit of a waste.

Argggh, and you just know that a total numb-nut is going to come up with a grass covered one!

Mark.
