TV Cabo in new Nagravision

Portuguese digital package TV Cabo, which broadcasts from transponders of the Hispasat 1C - 30W satellite, has followed the exaple of the German Premiere World package and started the test of the new version of the Nagravision encryption with ID 1801. At the moment, the new encryption is tested only on PPV Clasicos channel.

At the moment, TV Cabo package can be watched on the pirate cards on the Mediasat terminals without any problems. The aim of the new Nagravision patch, Nagra ID 1801 (until recently Nagra ID 1800), which is already used by Premiere World and Kabel Deutschland, is to unable pirate reception of the TV Cabo package. At the moment, new Nagra ID has appeared only on PPV - Clasicos channel, which is available from frequency 11,811H (SR=27500, FEC=3/4).
