My System: NSS 6 (Dish T.V - K.U Band), Insat 4B (DDDirect Plus, Sun Direct - K.U Band) ,Insat 2E (C Band) & Insat 4A ( C- Band) - PC AMD Athalon 64*2 , 120 GB HD, 1 GB Ram. OS XP & Obuntu.

Yes. Power supply Issue. Power Filter (Electrolytic Capacitor Leakage).

try to put off the power supply to set of box and put it on after 5 minutes and try
