The older Zenega - cd1002s sofware needed is more than messed up with replies hovering around 470. We are starting this thread, so any infoirmation regarding the dish tv / t-sky or any satellite info over india can be dicussed in this thread. it will help starters to get started and usher a new era in the satellite revolution in this country

Any information regarding new channels which is going to come in DD Direct (17 channels) ?. For selecting the channels govt has appointed a commitee it seems.
So many channels are queing up for a slot it seems

Pls go through the old thread Zenega Part II.In a single sentence T-sky is the name of the joint venture of TATA-STAR DTH platform likely to commence their transmission late this year.Use the serach effectively.

somebody in the last thread, told sony channels are coming on dish tv from aug 1. it didnt. so any one have an idea when are star or sony channels coming on-board. recently somebody's system was showing zenega cd-1006s. is it different from cd 1005-s, if yes, how

How to get new software for KAON - KSC 100MCO? or any other software is suitable for this STB?
By mistake wrong software is loaded. Now, it is not working. Any possibility of recovering!!!!!

Can anybody tell how to revert back to version 1.50 from 1.52....a lot of facilities have been wiped by this updation...I have zenega 1005 stb

I think version 1.50 or 1.52 should work with KAON - KSC100 MCO since it is supplied by Dish TV. Any chances of getting the software!!! At least I can try.

Hello friends,
since yesterday my Zenega-1005S shows only the message: SET LOCKED ENTER PIN CODE.The factory Code is 1234 and was never changed,but now it does not work.It seems,that I am not the only one who has this problem - see http://www.rdi-sat.com/f2/viewtopic.php?t=45040
Any solution,any master key to unlock the receiver?
Please help.

Whether anybody in india is having the problem ?

In the thread u have given also the problem is in pakistan. Whether they deactivated everything having address outside india? (Afterall Dishtv is not permitted to operate either in pakistan or srilanka). or Whether u have updated the version to 1.52?

My receiver was bought from an Indian National with valid adress in India!!!

But in the moment dish Network is doing software upgrades and if you plug off your receiver or if there is a power interruption (this has happened for me) while the upgrade is done for your receiver,you get various problems.
A solution might be: upgrade your software through serial port from another Zenega receiver.
And it seems that there is no master code to unlock the receiver.
And I was unable to find the new software in the internet for downloading.

I am still working to solve this problem!!!

ESPN and STAR sports are available in the Dishtv already( When dishtv started itself i think)

Hi Ev.budy ! The new master code for 1.52 version is 15935764. Its working perfectly. Plz do'nt try to to degrade the software from 1.52 your stb will hanged there is only chance to reboot through from STB to STB transfer of programme. Those STB has been locked are advice to insert another smart card and use default master pin code ( i.e 1234 ) its also working. Credit for Informations as above goes to Vehla Jatt.
