Hello everyone, Maybe you would like to share some trick and tips on the Interstar DSR 8005 Ci plus receiver. I just got it and I am trying its capabilities. My impression that there is some embedded descryptors installed - does anybody know which ones? Which CAM card(s) would you advise to use - I am Astra/Hotbird fan (english channels) have 2 LNBs. I woudnt like to spend another 100EUR on the system. Simon | ||

| Hello Simon, I own the same receiver and i use a macigcam with succes. I can watch almost every channel i want on the astra. But i read somewhere that you can patch the receiver and get the same results. I haven't try to patch it since i know that it's not working stable. | ||
