Unhappy Help required re Blue Star system

please accept my apologies in advance, i dont really know my stuff, but i will ask any of you to help me.
My grandmother had a system installed a couple of years back, a blue star system , openbox 4 to have her polish tv channels on there, TVPOLONIA, TV KULTURA ETC. anyways i decided to have a play on it to find her some more polish channels such as TVP 2 etc...problem i have, ive pressed one or two buttons i shouldnt of, as now where her 5 or 6 polish channels were all together, ie 396, 397 398 etc..on the system, they are now everywhere like 55, 210 etc....so ive mixed it all up for her, how on earth do i get her all her channels back together like before and also some extra polish channels LIKE TVP2 , TVN, even polsat.?
ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED, AND I APOLOGISE IN ADVANCE IF ANY OF YOU DONT LIKE SEING REQUESTS LIKE THESE ON YOUR SITE.

Thanking you in advance

My System: Pace Sky HD, DM7000s, CubeRevo 3000HDPVR, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Televes H45 Digital Spectrum analyser.

You can see which channels are available and which frequencies they are on here

You may need to add the transponder frequencies to the receiver if they are not in the list.

Nearly all receivers have a utility to move channels, not sure where it is on your reciver though.
