ways of avoiding sky

Not usre whethr I am in the right foum but I am looking at alternative satelite services which are completely new to me and i am wondering where to start . Basically I'd like to avoid Sky, receive freesat but also any footie, rugby and tennis I can get out there which I am quite prepared to pay for via , say yearly subs.As I also speak Spanish I would be open to some of their channels too.I assume I would need a motorised dish so I'd like to know what is available( gear and sats), cost and where i could learn more as i know absolutely nothing . Thanks
