Hi guys

I have got somebody to installed and did the alignment to point to EB9 today, but i have got the problem to setup my receiver to receive CCTV4 and TVB chanels from EB9.

can anyone tell me how to setp up the antenna in following;

1. Antenna ?
2. Satellite?
3. LNB1 ?
4. LNB2 ?
5. 0/12 Volt ?
6. 22 khz tone ?
7. DisEqc ?
8. c/ku band control ?

under the chanels serch, how can I setup in following;

1. Transponder ?
2. Frequency?
3. Symbil rate?
4. Polarization?
5. 22 khz?

Well that was your first mistake, if you have paid someone good money to align your dish and let him go without him scanning in the channels you want to watch then you are a bit of a silly billy! Are you suggesting he has not scanned any channels at all, or just not the ones you wanted.

Without a full specification of what lnb is installed it will be very difficult for someone one here to know what information you require in your stb unless they have the same make and model themselves. The details you require for channel search can be found here

I would like to suggest a universal lnb has been installed but I cannot know for sure

What does it say in the manual that came with your stb, go on don't tell me the man down the pub where you bought it from did not give you a manual for it!
