My Fortec Star Passion is displaying ILLEGAL in the station name yet I've not loaded any software or used a card can anyone help?

Does it do this on every channel?

Can you not just change the channel name to something else if you don't like it.

If you can not get it to work at all the easiest way out is to do a factory reset
