My System: Sky tv
LNB Connection

My present Sky + shotgun cable is connected to the number 1 and 4 outlets on the LNB, I am going to replace the cable as I am moving the TV into another room is there a reason why the terminals 1 and 4 are used and 2 and 3 are empty ? could I use 1 and 2 instead as there is only one SKY + BOX in use.
Thanks for any info

My System: Skymaster DCI9900 + PC/twinhan combination. 80cm dish. GBPVR with 2 DTTV cards +hauppauge Media MVP

You can use any! THey probably used 1 and 4 'coz it's easier to attach the cables if you have big fat fingers :-)

Yes look at a Quad as four separate LNb's in one unit
