My System: 90cm dish along with Sonset satellite receiver
What dish satellite to buy?

I'm moving the the UK from the USA in about 8 months. I want to purchase either a motorized dish system or two different satellite dishes within the next week or so from a local dealer. I'd like to be able to bring it with me when I move. Any recommendations?

Can someone recommend any of these motorized systems:

I guess any of those will work well here in the US, but how about when I move to the UK?

I wanted to get this particular one because of the larger size dish: _http://www.galaxy-marketing.com/package8-fta-ku-motorized-dish-kit-satellite-motor.htm

Does anybody know what size dish I will need in the UK?

How about this one: _http://www.galaxy-marketing.com/package7-fta-90cm-dish-and-motor-motorized-satellite-dish-kit-ku-free-to-air.htm This one seems to be a good deal and comes with the larger 90cm satellite dish and comes with a two band ku lnb.

Thanks and any help will be appreciate it.

My System: Sky+, DB 7000s, Gemini 4.3 in flash, Var on USB stick. Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Unaohm EP313, Swires Annie 204 Spectrum, Rover ST-4 Spectrum.

First recommendation is that you read the forum rules, as we do not allow live links, particularly to web retailers.

The system you buy will depend on where you are in the UK and which satellites you wish to receive. You would also be better off buying in the UK, as if things go wrong, it will be impractical to return items to the states.

You can see lots of different systems advertised by our supporting advertisers, follow the link in my signature.
