My System: TM6800HD+TD110+StabHH90 motor,TM1000D+Orbital 1m Multifeed 16E,23E,28E.DigitAlB movies. A Bigsat BS-S77CX and a Sky Dodgibox.

Might be good for FTA stuff, depends on whether it has generic, or provider specific software on it. Have you plugged it in and taken a look at the menus?

Don't give up. It looks like a really nice receiver.
Have you tried to scan any satellite with it?
That Irdeto slot can be great for a Nova package or even several adult packages in Irdeto.

I managed to get it to re tune to another TP, i just ignored the factory satellite list and just inputed the TP and SR.

What symbol rates can it do?

Has it got Diseqc etc available?

Looks like you have an irdeto card there, so would would presume that Irdeto cards work with it.

You can input any SR you want and yes it does have a diseqc mode.

I have a working Irdeto card i can get some scrambled channels on 5.0W so i`m wondering will this decode any Irdeto encryption ?

Should be good for any satellite then.

I know with Conax, that there are different revisions of software for the CAM, and for example only the later ones will work DigitAlB. I can only assume that the same goes for Irdeto, with respect to Irdeto providers. The only way to guarantee a card will work in a CAM is to get the one reccomended by the provider, failing that the card supplier should be aufait.

Of course, unless the card is a non-official one possibly, they a provider specific and will only work with the one that they were bought for, as the codes on the card won't be correct.
