PACE DS810XE with Hotbird13, extra channels?

Hi all,

My parents have just bought the PACE DS810XE box and have their dish pointing at Hotbird13 primarily to receive Polish channels. Problem being that some of the channels appear to be scrambled, even though they are free to view in Poland.

I've noticed a lot of talk about Dragon CAM's although I have no idea how legitimate they are, and which if any channels it will unlock.

I'd really like some advice on the kit I should purchase to unlock extra Polish channels, with possible retailers.
