My System: Used Wamba 311 at the moment
Wamba 311 and Freesat

A first posting for me and would appreciate some understanding...

A good friend gave me an Aston Wamba 311 receiver together
with a Humax VA-ACE+

Im very keen to use the Wamba and was wondering if it was
possible to receive FreeSat...

Im a Newbie at Sat receivers but at 75 need to excercise the
old brain now.

Any relevant comments gratefully received.

My System: Pace Sky HD, DM7000s, CubeRevo 3000HDPVR, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Televes H45 Digital Spectrum analyser.

Both of those should be suitable for receipt of the Free to air channels on Astra 28.2 (Freesat), so all you need now is a dish.
